My name is Jake Hemphill. I am the Head Coach of the boys soccer program at Edmond Memorial.

For all boys who are interested in playing high school soccer, tryouts are now set for Tuesday, October 27th, Wednesday, October 28th, and Thursday, October 29th, from 6pm to 8pm at the new football stadium on school campus.

Everyone attending will need to bring THEIR OWN water as we can’t put out water bottles due to Covid restrictions.

If you can’t make tryouts due to Covid related issues, please let me know so we can set up a makeup tryout.

Depending on how many boys show up will determine if we form a JV-2 team or not.

After the teams are selected, we will set up a parents meeting to discuss the upcoming season. (Dates to follow)

Remember, if you are playing soccer and are selected to a team, you will need to turn in your physical and rank one paperwork before practice starts in December. If you don’t turn these in you will NOT be able to practice. If you have the forms ready now you can drop them off to one of my Assistant Coaches, Coach Frank, in room 269.
