The Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference golf championships reside in Edmond.

Edmond Memorial’s boys and Edmond North’s girls each won the conference titles last week in a single-round tournament.

For the boys, Memorial shot a 293 — two strokes better than Edmond North. Austin Dolan took fourth for the Bulldogs with a 72.

Norman North’s Charles Jackson took first individually, shooting a 69 to finish two strokes ahead of Stillwater’s Jack Glenn.

Moore’s Ryan Dukes was named coach of the year and Edmond North star Jordan Wilson was named golfer of the year.

At the girls tournament, Edmond North rolled to the victory, shooting 319. That was 26 strokes ahead of Edmond Memorial.

The Huskies had four of the top-five finishers, with conference golfer of the year Emily Miller finishing second with a 78. She was two strokes behind Yukon’s Alyssa Wilson for the top spot.

Norman’s Bruce Renfro was named coach of the year.
